At Anya Josh Handmade Studio, every product is lovingly handcrafted and thoroughly quality-checked to meet the highest standards. Due to the handmade nature of our creations, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We deeply value your trust and are committed to providing you with a smooth and joyful shopping experience. Each item is crafted with care, precision, and a whole lot of heart.

In case of damage during shipping:

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll gladly replace the item. To be eligible for a replacement, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and unboxing video of the damaged product. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and process a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 6-8 business days.

Cancellations & Order Modifications:

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 2-3 hours of placement. Once an order is processed, we cannot make changes.

Final Sale and Clearance Items:

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

Important Notes:

Forced returns without prior approval are not accepted and will not be refunded.
